XDeer offers a return service as well as a warranty for items purchased and registered on the official website (xdeersafe.com) and in the official Amazon store.
- Items not covered by the service.
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen products
- Items that are out of warranty
- Non-quality related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
- Free products
- Repair through a third party
- Damage from external sources
- Damage caused by misuse of the product (including but not limited to: drops, extreme temperatures, water, fire, improper operation of equipment)
- Unregistered merchandise
- Purchased from an unauthorized dealer
Return Requirements
- Product and accessories are not damaged
- Returns must include all accessories
- Items must include original packaging
- For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
- For non-quality related warranty claims, XDeer refunds the cost of the product itself
- If the item does not meet the above requirements, the return request may be refused
XDeer does not assume responsibility for
- For loss or damage to personal items resulting from the use of XDeer products
- Personal items sent to XDeer at the time of return
If the returned product is not received by the XDeer warehouse within 30 days of submission of the return request, the return request will be automatically closed and only one request per product will be allowed. For return requests with non-quality issues after 30 days of submission, XDeer will void the return request by default.
How to apply for a return
- Please complete the return form and submit it to us within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- The XDeer Customer Support team will reply to the return address within 48 hours.
- In order to process the refund in a timely manner, please make sure to send a return notification to XDeer after sending the product back with the following information.
-Logistics carrier
-Logistics tracking number
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once the item arrives at XDeer's warehouse and is checked for errors, a refund will be issued. Refunds will be returned using the same method as when you originally ordered. The processing time usually takes 3-5 business days.
Refunds will include the purchase price of the returned product and any associated sales tax. Shipping costs associated with the original purchase will not be refunded.
When returning an item for non-quality issues, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss that occurs in transit. For non-quality related warranty claims, XDeer does not offer refunds for items damaged in shipping.

All quality-related defects of items sold directly by the XDeer official website or by authorized dealers of XDeer retailers (e.g. Amazon) are covered by warranty, and products that have been registered are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. And all are handled by XDeer.
For quality related warranty claims, the item will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value if available, otherwise a new item will be sent. In the event that a replacement is not available or is not an option, XDeer will provide a partial refund based on how long the product has been in use.
It is the customer's responsibility to securely pack the XDeer product after warranty service has been authorized. In addition, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from XDeer's designated warehouse.

How can I extend my warranty?
The warranty period can only be extended once per XDeer product. If a quality problem occurs with an XDeer product during the warranty period or extended warranty period, please contact the XDeer Customer Support team and file a warranty claim.
Extended warranties are not transferable between XDeer products on the same account.
If your XDeer product with an extended warranty is replaced within its 1-year manufacturer's warranty period, the replacement part will continue to be covered for the duration.

Order ID: You can find this ID in the order history of the account where the purchase was made.
Model Number: You can find it in the order history of your account and in the packaging or manual of the product. Some products have the model number printed directly on the product. The model number helps us to identify the exact model of your product more accurately than the product name.
SN: The SN can be found on the back of the product. it is a sticker or label that is placed on the product, but never on the packaging.
Note: Quality checks may be required on items returned with defects before XDeer can issue replacements.
